Films that could never be remade V

Here's one that's also from 1939 (like "Gone With the Wind", yesterday's movie post) but that I absolutely loved and always will. For lovers or haters of this film (if there is anyone who dislikes it), I think everyone would agree that, from the characters to the sets and makeup--everything--there's no way this one could be touched and improved upon. No way. To show still more why this film couldn't be remade and because I love Judy Garland's treatment of the song, I'm going to give you yet a 2nd video from the movie, too.
